Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a team member to support bakery and store operations, focusing on safety, efficiency, and customer service. You will help prepare, bake, label, and display goods while maintaining clean displays and a well-organized workspace.

You will follow PPE requirements, perform cleaning duties, and assist with loss prevention, contributing to a positive experience for neighbors across our PA stores.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate to complete job duties and comply with policies.
• Must complete the 60-day introductory period.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements and use of equipment.
• Must perform all job functions safely and meet performance standards including attendance.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at shift start and prepare supplies and PPE.
• Assemble and bake goods, place on trays, bake, and label items.
• Package and wrap baked goods, print labels, and keep display cases clean.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, displays, floors, and counters.
• Track and record loss.
