Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a Part-time associate to bake products in the Fresh Foods department and handle processing, packaging, and stocking of Fresh Foods items. The role includes cleaning work areas, providing excellent customer service, unloading stock and reloading salvage as needed.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with 1–3 months of related experience or training preferred. Completion of company training is required to ensure safety and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Completion of company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, safety, and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Bake products according to Fresh Foods standards and assist with processing, packaging and stocking of Fresh Foods items.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow sanitation guidelines.
• Provide courteous customer service and assist shoppers on the floor.
• Unload stock and reload salvage as needed.
