Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a part-time associate to bake products per Fresh Foods standards, process/pack and stock Fresh Foods products, and provide customer service. The role includes cleaning work areas, unloading stock, and reloading salvage.

Applicants must be 18 or older, complete required training (food safety, customer service), and can read/write English. The physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short memos in English.
• Basic math: add/subtract money and weight units.
• Willing to participate in required training and work with the team.

Responsibilities

• Bake products according to Fresh Foods standards.
• Process, package, and stock Fresh Foods products.
• Clean work areas and maintain sanitation.
