You will work with team members, help with baking tasks as needed, ensure proper pricing and labeling, and follow safety and sanitation guidelines. No prior experience required; HS diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keeps bakery department well stocked and appealing to meet customer demand.
• Smiles and greets customers, makes suggestions, answers questions about products.
• Takes customer orders over the phone or in person with a pleasant attitude.
• Sets up special-order tables during peak hours and builds displays.
• Ensures merchandise is fresh, properly priced and labeled with correct signage.
• Assists in production of breads, pastries and other baked goods.
• Maintains sanitation; follows cleaning schedules and health/OSHA guidelines.
• Assists with deliveries and receiving as trained.
• Minimizes shrink and reports shortages to manager.
• Follows PPE protocols and cooperates with team.
