Responsibilities

• Keeps bakery department well stocked and appealing.
• Smiles and greets customers, makes suggestions, answers questions.
• Helps resolve customer concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Takes customer orders over the phone or in person at the store with a pleasant attitude.
• Sets up special-order tables during peak hours and shopping days.
• Sets bakery cases and builds displays as needed.
• Ensures merchandise is fresh, properly priced and labeled.
• Maintains sanitation and follows health/OSHA guidelines.
