Bethel Bakery is hiring friendly and reliable middle/high school students! Looking for your first job? Join our team and gain customer service experience in a fun, fast-paced bakery. No experience needed- we'll train you!

Student Availability Requirements

We're looking for students with consistent, year-round availability. This role may not be the best fit for students with frequent sports, extracurricular, or other weekly commitments. Students must be available to work 3-4 weekdays after school, including Fridays, generally between 3:45-6:30 p.m., plus up to an 8-hour Saturday shift. Students are typically scheduled 2-3 weekdays plus Saturdays, based on business needs.

What You'll Do:

• Greet customers and assist with purchases
• Restock and organize bakery display cases & shelves with products
• Operate the cash register
• Keep the store clean and inviting

Requirements:

• Must be at least 14 years old with a valid work permit
