Job Overview

Cub Inver Grove Heights is seeking a dedicated individual for a part-time bakery clerk position. Bakery clerks provide wrapping, stocking, and customer service support to ensure a positive shopping experience and meet daily sales goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and wrap bakery products
• Stock, rotate, and face bakery items
• Perform department cleanup
• Assist with merchandising as directed
• Address customer questions and requests

Job Requirements

• Operate equipment such as shrink wrap, label machine, bread slicer, knives, and racks
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods
• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service
• Exercise good judgment with minimal supervision
• Follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; communicate effectively
• Work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18 or older

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Walking on uneven surfaces
• Reaching, bending, turning, repetitive motions
• Exposure to varied temperatures and wet conditions
