Job Overview:
Cub Inver Grove Heights is seeking a dedicated individual for a part-time bakery clerk position. Bakery clerks provide wrapping, stocking, and customer service support to ensure a positive shopping experience and meet daily sales goals.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and wrap bakery products
2. Stock, rotate, and face bakery products
3. Perform cleanup of the department
4. Assist with department merchandising as directed
5. Assist customers with questions or requests

Job Requirements:

• Operate equipment such as shrink wrap, label machine, bread slicer, knives, bakery racks, etc.
• Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods
• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service
• Use good judgment, especially when supervision is not immediately available
• Follow verbal or demonstrated instructions, write identifying information, and request supplies verbally or in writing
• Work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18 years or older

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Walking on uneven ground
• Reaching, bending, turning, repetitive motions
• Exposure to varied temperatures and wet surfaces
