Crystal Cub on 36th Ave is looking for a dedicated individual to fill a part time bakery clerk position! Bakery Clerks provide wrapping, stocking and customer service support for the department. They are required for meeting the daily sales and to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and wrap bakery product
• Stock, rotate and face bakery product
• Perform clean up of department
• Assist with department merchandising as directed
• Assist with customer questions or requests

Job Requirements

• Operate equipment such as shrink wrap, label machine, bread slicer, knives, bakery racks, etc.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods
• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service
• Use good judgment, especially when supervision is not immediately available
• Follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing
• Work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18 years or older

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Walking on uneven ground
• Reaching, bending, turning, repetitive motions
• Exposure to varied temperatures and wet surfaces
