Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders at the bakery counter and assist with their needs.
• Check orders, set up production timeline and ensure details (size, deco pack, icing, dates).
• Decorate bakery items with current designs and trends.
• Develop daily bakery orders for bakers, including cake sizes.
• Track daily production and coordinate with coworkers.
• Order supplies for decorating area and manage receipts.
• Deliver products and set up wedding cakes on site outside the store.
• Lead part-time employees and train others; collaborate with Bakery Manager.
