Responsibilities

• Slices, packages and prices bakery products.
• Rotates stock and maintains proper product dating (FIFO).
• Prepares baking products and assist in decorating cakes as needed.
• Assists in building displays and inventory control for bakery items.
• Maintains sanitation and cleanliness per health regulations.
