Qualifications

• Must be 18+; partners 21+ to drive company business per policy.
• Food handler certification required.
• Six months of related baking/production experience preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes to bake cakes, donuts, cookies and more per orders or display.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, shaping and scoring.
• Operate commercial baking equipment (ovens, mixers, proofers).
• Complete production list and handle special order requests; package and label.
• Maintain attractive product presentation and rotate stock for freshness.
• Greet customers and assist in locating products; handle complaints politely.
