Job summary

Wonderstate Coffee is seeking a part-time Baker for onsite work at our Viroqua, WI location. You will produce high-quality baked goods for the cafe and bakery, while maintaining a clean kitchen and following recipes.

You’ll work closely with the Kitchen Lead and Cafe Manager to reach cafe goals. This role requires weekend availability, two shifts per week, and participation in quarterly deep cleans and occasional catering.

• Able to read and follow recipes.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Impeccable follow through.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality baked goods for the menu and bakery case.
• Handle baking quantities, recipes, and storage.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work environment and kitchen.”
• Coordinate with Kitchen Lead and Cafe Manager.
• Provide customer service when needed.
• Assist with kitchen setup and breakdown.
