Tous Les Jours Brea Store is seeking a part-time Baker to join our West Corporate Store in Brea, CA. You will bake breads, pastries, and bakery items following our recipes and schedules, while maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires teamwork, ability to stand for long periods, and flexibility to work weekends. Previous bakery experience is preferred but not required, with emphasis on reliable, responsible team players.

Qualifications

• Previous bakery or food preparation experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift bakery ingredients and supplies.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other bakery products according to company recipes and standards.
• Follow daily production schedules and maintain consistent product quality.
• Prepare ingredients and operate bakery equipment safely.
• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product appearance.
• Keep the bakery area, equipment, and workstations clean and organized.
• Properly store ingredients and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced bakery environment.
• Assist with other bakery duties as needed.
