Job summary

Tous Les Jours Brea Store in Brea, CA is seeking a Sandwich Staff member to prepare sandwiches and food items per recipes and customer orders, ensuring quality, freshness and safety. You will support daily store operations, keep a clean workstation, and assist with stocking and other duties in a fast-paced bakery environment.

The role requires flexibility, weekend availability, and teamwork. Prior food service experience is helpful but not required, training provided.

Qualifications

• Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches and other food items according to company recipes and standards.
• Prepare and portion ingredients such as vegetables, meats, cheeses, and sauces.
• Follow customer orders accurately and prepare products in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary food preparation area.
• Properly store and label ingredients and follow food safety guidelines.
• Check product quality and freshness throughout the shift.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and other store duties as needed.
