Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing on the sales floor
• Deliver an excellent customer experience through proactive engagement
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles and processing
• Maintain tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to the floor
• Uphold store plan, prioritize tasks, monitor productivity, and coach as needed
• Maintain backroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety programs
