P&N Professional Cleaning LLC is seeking a Part-Time Commercial Business Developer to grow our East Tennessee commercial cleaning footprint. You will target local businesses, meet decision-makers, and present our services to secure recurring contracts.

The role offers a flexible, part-time schedule with potential to transition to full-time as the business grows, plus residual commissions and performance bonuses.

Formación

• Has 3-5+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
• Has experience selling commercial services.
• Has an established network of local business contacts.
• Knows how to identify and reach decision-makers.
• Has a proven track record of winning commercial contracts.
• Has excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Is self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Has reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and develop new commercial cleaning accounts.
• Visit local businesses and meet with decision-makers.
• Build relationships with business owners, office managers, facility managers, property managers, church administrators, and purchasing departments.
• Present P&N Professional Cleaning's commercial cleaning services.
• Prepare professional proposals and negotiate service agreements.
• Close recurring commercial cleaning contracts.
• Develop long-term client relationships.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects.
• Represent P&N Professional Cleaning with professionalism and integrity in the community.
