Harvest Christian Fellowship is seeking a part-time Video Associate to operate AV gear for live events and meetings. The role requires attention to detail, clear communication, and strong organization in a fast-paced environment.

You will set up and run microphones, projectors, monitors, and recording equipment, troubleshoot issues quickly, and train others on AV usage while upholding the church's mission and values. This position is 6-8 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience with AV equipment for live events or presentations.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized under pressure.
• Must be 18 years old or older.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, and monitor AV equipment for live events.
• Diagnose and resolve media system issues.
• Switch video input sources between cameras.
• Mix audio feeds and coordinate audio routing.
• Compress, digitize, and store audio and video data.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of AV equipment.
• Train staff on AV equipment operation.
