Job summary

Lanier Technical College – Hall County campus is seeking a Part-Time Audio Visual (AV) Assistant for the Ramsey Conference Center. You will assist in the technical production of events and support AV needs for meetings and functions.

The role offers up to 19 hours per week, with day shifts and occasional nights/weekends based on the event schedule. A High School diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least six months of related work experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Must pass background and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in technical production of events at Ramsey Conference Center.
• Set up and break down AV equipment and lighting for events in meeting rooms.
• Coordinate with and assist operations at the Conference Center when needed.
• Work with AV Coordinator, Operations Manager, and Sales Office to prepare for each event.
