Job summary

Lanier Technical College in Hall County seeks a Part-Time Audio Visual (AV) Assistant for Ramsey Conference Center. You will support event productions, set up and break down equipment, and coordinate with the AV Coordinator and Operations Manager to prepare for each event.

This non-benefits eligible, non-exempt role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least six months of related experience, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (minimum) is required.
• Six months of related experience preferred or required by role.

Responsibilities

• Set up and confirm AV needs for events scheduled at the Conference Center.
• Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights and weekends.
• Assists in operations of events at the Conference Center.
• Provides basic A/V support.
• Assists with preventative maintenance of AV equipment.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
