Job summary

East Kent Colleges Group is looking for an Automotive Lecturer to translate industry expertise from the workshop to the classroom and inspire learners across a range of learning environments. You will teach, train and assess students, blending practical knowledge with innovative teaching to help them gain skills, confidence and a successful career.

This role is 15 hours per week with a salary of £15,151 up to £16,599.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and creative educator able to plan engaging, innovative lessons.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathetic approach for managing a classroom.
• Ability to track student progress and tailor support and interventions.

Responsibilities

• Teach across Level 1 to Level 3 programmes.
• Lead designated study programmes and/or courses, owning design, delivery and evaluation.
• Assess students and provide feedback to support progression.
