Job summary

TGK Automotive Specialists is seeking a part-time General Service Technician to perform non-technical automotive services such as oil changes and tire/wheel work. The role includes driving customers, picking up parts, and keeping the shop tidy.

Compensation is up to $25 per hour, based on experience. Qualifications include a valid driver's license, availability to work five days a week (including weekends), and a passion for cars.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Previous automotive experience preferred, but we will consider energetic and hardworking individuals with a passion for cars.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Performs tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balance and rotation.
• Performs oil changes and basic services.
• Documents vehicle condition using the Multi-point Inspection/Repair Order.
• Maintains cleanliness of the shop, service area, tires, showroom and exterior.
• Drives vehicles safely as needed, including transporting customers and parts.
• Conducts State Safety and Emission Inspections where applicable.
• Follows safety procedures and company policies.
