Job summary

TGK Automotive is seeking a General Service Technician in Minnesota to perform non-technical automotive services such as oil changes and tire work, while maintaining a clean shop and assisting in daily operations.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, availability to work five days per week including weekends, and a motivated, energetic attitude with a passion for cars. Compensation goes up to $25 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including weekends.
• High level of motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Energetic and hard-working with a passion for cars.

Responsibilities

• Performs tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balance and tire rotation.
• Performs oil changes and other basic services
• Uses Multi-point Inspection/Repair Order to document vehicle condition
• Maintains cleanliness of the shop and related areas
• Drives vehicles safely, transports customers and parts as needed
• Conducts State Safety and Emission Inspections where applicable
• Follows safety procedures and company policies
