Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. You will support children with Autism through evidence-based interventions and work closely with families to reinforce positive progress.

No experience required; full training and 40-hour RBT course are provided. This entry point allows you to grow in the ABA field with flexible, part-time opportunities and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Ready to work in clients' homes or in community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
