Job summary

Achieve Beyond is hiring part-time, hourly Behavior Therapists to support pediatric clients in Montgomery and Prince George Counties. You will deliver direct ABA instruction, work with BCBA and therapists, and communicate with families to implement strategies at home and in the community.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience or active enrollment in a related undergraduate program. Training is provided, and the position offers flexible schedules and a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years working with children ages 2–21 in a supervised setting.
• ABA experience preferred.
• Successful completion of Achieve Beyond ABA training (online and in-person).
• Must be self-motivated, a team player, and patient/professional.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists.
• Communicate with families, providing debriefs and home/community resources.
• Collect daily data and update the child’s program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information per state and federal regulations.
