Job summary

Achieve Beyond is hiring Part-time, hourly Behavior Therapists to deliver direct ABA instruction in home, community, and clinic settings for children aged 2-21. Located in the New Castle area, these roles emphasize collaboration with BCBA teams and family engagement.

You will participate in data collection, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to a supportive culture. Requirements include 1–2 years with children or enrollment in relevant undergrad program; ABA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with children aged 2–21 in a supervised setting preferred.
• ABA experience preferred.
• Successful completion of training and competency exam as required by Achieve Beyond.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Behavior Therapists on the case.
• Communicate frequently with family members by providing debriefs after sessions and sharing resources for home and community use.
• Collect daily data and organize the child's program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
