Achieve Beyond is hiring Part-time, hourly Behavior Therapist Interns in the Fairfax area. This internship offers hands-on ABA experience with children in home, community, and clinic settings, under BCBA supervision.

Eligible students are pursuing human services related degrees and may gain essential hours toward degree requirements. The role emphasizes direct instruction, collaboration with BCBA and therapists, and family engagement, with compensation determined by experience and education.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for working with children, families, and therapists.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists.
• Communicate with families with debriefs and provide home/community resources and strategies.
• Collect daily data and organize the child’s program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information per state and federal regulations.
