Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks a part-time Audiologist to join the outpatient ENT team at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Somersworth, NH. The 32-hour schedule offers a four-day week with no weekend requirements and a collaborative environment serving patients from pediatrics to seniors.

Responsibilities include administering audiograms, fitting hearing aids, and coordinating care with two other audiologists and surgeons in a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Audiology is required.
• NH license as Audiologist is required.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tinnitus evaluations, counseling, and treatment.
• Monitor patients’ progress and provide ongoing observation of hearing or balance status.
• Fit, dispense, and repair assistive devices, such as hearing aids.
• Educates patients, caregivers, and family members on treatment options and continuing care.
• Research causes and potential treatments for hearing and balance disorders.
