Two Rivers Supervisory Union is seeking a part-time (0.5 FTE) Athletic Director for Green Mountain Union High School to oversee the interscholastic athletic program across fall, winter, and spring seasons. This role provides leadership, coordination, and supervision for all activities while promoting sportsmanship, student well-being, and equitable participation.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, ensuring eligibility, recruiting and evaluating coaching staff, and handling game-day

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Coaching experience required; athletic leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of interscholastic athletics and student eligibility requirements.
• Ability to attend evening and occasional weekend events.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating athletic schedules, transportation, and facilities.
• Ensuring student-athlete eligibility and compliance with district and state athletic regulations.
• Recruiting, supervising, and evaluating coaching staff.
• Overseeing home athletic events and game-day operations.
• Communicating with students, families, and community members regarding athletic programs.
• Assisting with equipment management and athletic program needs.
