Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced Part-time Air Traffic Control Instructor-II to join the CTS team at the Phoenix TRACON (P50) in Phoenix, AZ, supporting FAA training services.

The ideal candidate will have five or more years of FAA CPC experience, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain Instructor-II Simulation Laboratory and Classroom Certification. Strong ATC automation and effective training delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Five (5) years of FAA CPC experience.
• Experience with Phoenix TRACON (P50) or equivalent ATC facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality classroom and/or simulation training to a diverse set of students.
• Mentor students and potentially Remote Pilot Operators, contributing to curriculum development.
