Job summary

SAIC is seeking Part-time Air Traffic Control Instructors for the Controller Training Solutions team at the Fort Worth ARTCC (ZFW) in Fort Worth, TX, delivering hands-on classroom and simulation training to developmental controllers and CPCs.

The role requires US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance, plus five years of FAA CPC experience or recent instructor work at a comparable FAA facility. Mentoring and curriculum design are key components of the job.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Five (5) years FAA CPC live-traffic experience or recent FAA facility contract instructor experience at the same type level as Fort Worth ARTCC (ZFW).
• Ability to mentor students and Remote Pilot Operators and participate in curriculum design and development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality classroom and/or simulation training to a wide variety of students.
• Mentor students and Remote Pilot Operators (RPO) and contribute to curriculum design.
• Support FAA training services and maintain ATC facility certifications.
