SAIC is seeking an experienced, full-time Air Traffic Control Instructor to join the Controller Training Solutions team at the San Juan CERAP (ZSU) in Carolina, PR, supporting FAA training services.

The candidate must have five years FAA CPC experience, US citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance, and be able to deliver high-quality classroom and simulation training while mentoring students and RPO, with curriculum design involvement.

Competenze

• US Citizenship required with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Minimum five (5) years FAA CPC experience controlling live traffic, or recent experience as a contract Instructor at an FAA facility, at the same type and level of ATC facility as San Juan CERAP (ZSU).
• Experience at the same type and same [or greater] level of ATC facility as the San Juan CERAP (ZSU).

• Deliver high-quality classroom and simulation training to a diverse group of students.
• Mentor students and Remote Pilot Operators (RPO).
• Contribute to curriculum design and development.
• Ensure training objectives for FAA CPC are met.
