Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a Part-Time Dentist to join our established practice. You will manage the entire clinical patient experience from exams to treatment delivery, with opportunities in periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers a strong patient flow, flexibility with Saturdays, and benefits requiring full-time status only if averaging 32 hours per week. Competitive daily pay and ongoing CE opportunities through Harvard Rounds Network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest standard of care and ethics.
