• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge to meet clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and assist with cash devices, while following bank policies.
