Chase in Englewood, OH is seeking an Associate Banker to greet clients, support daily transactions, and open accounts in a welcoming branch environment. You will educate customers on Chase digital tools and help them achieve financial goals through attentive service and trusted guidance.

You will build relationships, support cash handling and branch operations, and ensure compliance with bank policies while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
• Strong client service experience or comparable experience.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service by greeting clients as they enter the branch, making them feel appreciated, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling client meetings.
• Exceed client expectations while assisting with day-to-day transactions as well as open new accounts, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate clients on how to use technology self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their banking needs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions – introducing them to our team of experts to help achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
