Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Provide account servicing, opening new accounts, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations such as cash handling and vault/ATM duties in line with bank policies.
