Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them in the branch.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and assist in opening new accounts.
• Educate clients on banking products and self-service options (mobile app, online banking, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations in line with bank policies and procedures.
