Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients entering the branch and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance and opening of new accounts while following policies and regulations.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product solutions.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in line with bank policies.
