Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service experience or comparable experience is required.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to communicate clearly and politely with clients.
• Willingness to learn banking products and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build relationships with clients by listening and offering product solutions.
• Operate branch tasks such as cash handling while following policies.
