Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality-driven service and help clients achieve their financial goals. You will greet branch visitors, open and service accounts, and guide customers through Chase digital tools, including the mobile app and online banking.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service to clients as they enter the branch.
Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulations.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
Build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with team support.
Perform branch operations including cash handling and device management in line with bank policies.
