You’ll build trusted relationships, educate customers on Chase tools, and work with the team to ensure compliance and a smooth branch operation, contributing to a welcoming, high-service environment.

• Greet clients and manage lobby flow to create a welcoming environment.
• Assist with transactions, open new accounts, and ensure compliance.
• Educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, questioning, and offering product solutions.
• Support branch operations including cash devices per policy.
