You will build trusted relationships, educate customers on Chase mobile and online tools, and support branch operations while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby traffic.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on digital banking options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations in line with bank policies.
