In this role you will help customers with transactions, open new accounts, promote digital tools, and collaborate with team to deliver a trusted banking experience while complying with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent client service skills and ability to greet clients.
• Ability to learn products and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on digital tools like mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering solutions.
• Perform branch operations and follow bank procedures while handling cash devices.
