Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for clients as they enter the branch.
• Open new accounts and maintain existing accounts in accordance with policies.
• Assist clients with day-to-day transactions and digital banking tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing solutions with the team.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
