Job summary

Chase is seeking a Part Time Associate Banker in Meridian, Idaho to deliver friendly, professional service and help clients manage their banking needs. You will greet customers, process transactions, open new accounts, and introduce digital tools to enhance their experience.

As part of our Consumer & Community Banking team, you will build trusted relationships, learn Chase products, comply with banking regulations, and support branch operations while balancing a flexible 30-hour schedule.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to greet and assist clients in a welcoming manner.
• Familiarity with banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients entering the branch and managing lobby traffic.
• Exceed client expectations with day-to-day transactions and account openings while following policies.
• Educate clients on Chase digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and connecting clients to solutions.
• Support branch operations, including cash devices and vault, per policies.
