Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on digital banking via Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening and advising on products and solutions.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling per bank policies.
