Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Banker for the Stateline Branch in Kansas City, MO. The role focuses on delivering friendly, attentive service, helping clients achieve their financial goals, and introducing them to Chase’s digital tools.

As part-time (30 hours), you will greet clients, open accounts, support everyday banking needs, and collaborate with the branch team to provide seamless service and solutions in a dynamic retail banking environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience in customer service or similar roles.
Ability to deliver friendly, attentive service and build relationships.
Willingness to learn banking products and procedures.

Responsibilities

Greet clients entering the branch and manage lobby flow.
Provide account servicing and open new accounts, adhering to policies.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (mobile app, online banking).
Build meaningful client relationships by listening and advising on solutions.
Assist with branch operations and cash handling while following procedures.
