You will greet clients, manage lobby flow, and collaborate with team members to meet customers' financial goals in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering attentive, friendly client service.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com).
• Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and offering solutions.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in accordance with procedures.
