Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Banker for a 20-hour per week role at the Pisgah Church Branch in Greensboro, NC.

You will deliver attentive service, greet clients, and support daily banking needs while representing our brand with hospitality and technology tools. As part of Chase's Consumer & Community Banking team, you’ll help clients open accounts, use digital banking, and build relationships to meet their financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn banking products and technology.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow with a tablet, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, maintaining relationships, and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge while collaborating with branch team to help clients reach financial goals.
• Handle branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault/ATM, in compliance with bank policies.
