Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet and queue system.
Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients reach financial goals.
Perform branch operations including handling cash devices in line with policies and procedures.
